Hey everyone and welcome to another easter post!
Today I wanted to share with you how you can make a small box to fill with some mini eggs!
These are perfect if you are in a rush or if you wanted to make some easter gifts for a lot of people. I love having the window so your recipient can take a peak at their goodies.
You only need very few supplies and you can make look so different just buy using different colours.
Let's jump straight in so if you want to find out how to create this box just keep reading.
Steps:
1) Cut a piece of card to 4 1/4" x 11 5/8". Then score on the long side at 1", 6", 6 3/8" and 6 3/4". With the three scorelines close together in the centre, fold the middle scoreline the opposite to the rest. You card should look something like this
3) Cut another piece of card, a different colour, to 4" x 4 5/8" and using a die to cut out a window. You can also create a frame in the original colour using the same size die and the next size up
4) Adhere your frame and the second piece of card to the first piece under the 1" flap
5) You will now have a guide to cut out the rest of your window
6) I created some flowers to embellish my box with the same coloured card as the main part
7) Place some adhesive on your flap and put some goodies in a bag in the centre. Then close up your box to keep it all together
I love creating things for my friends and family!
I really hope you enjoyed this tutorial. If there is any other easter posts you would like to see then be sure to comment down below.
